Horizon keeps track of items in transit and that information can be located through Item Detail Status.

Here's an example:

The WCB copy of the title “Flesh and blood: selected short fiction” by Michael Crummey was sent to GGR. Its status is "Transit”.

To track this item, simply select “Detail Status” at the bottom of the window and then select "Page Down" until you reach "Transit Detail" (page 3).

At this page, transit details include when it was transited and to where, if it is checked out to the patron in GGR, and when it was sent back.
