When a Request has been received and the requested item has been checked in, you can check to make sure the item is being sent to your library.
The status of this item will change to Transit:
If you want to double-check to make sure that this item is being sent to your library, you can click on Detail Status (view above image). Within the pop-up window that appears click Page Down until you reach the 3rd 'page' that displays Transit Detail, there you can see that your library is displayed in the In Transit To field:
Why can't this Request be placed?
Sometimes a request cannot be placed because the borrower is blocked from borrowing, or already has placed a maximum of 20 hold requests. In such situations, Horizon will provide a clear explanation.
If blocks are for fines, waive the fines (until further notice). We can't waive amounts for Lost items.
