Searching the Catalogue

If you already know the title or author of the book you're looking for, you can use the drop-down menu to search specifically for it. The default search is "All Fields", but you may find "Title" easier to search if you do know the exact title.

If you don't have something specific in mind, you can search using "Subject" or "All Fields" to find something interesting to you. This is one of the best ways to find books from our Literacy Collection.

Here are some examples of Subjects relating to Literacy. Click the links below to go directly to the search results!

When you search a keyword or phrase, you can use what we call "filters" to narrow your searches by: library location, author, format, subject, publication date, language, audience, material type

Need some extra help finding a book? You can always contact our Ask a Librarian service to get some suggestions for your next read via email.
